Commentary
Being both a full-time third grade teacher and an artist is very rewarding. It brings me great joy when I, as an artist, am able to capture the essence of a moment in what has developed into my own unique style. To me there is nothing as exciting as turning a blank canvas into a creation of beauty. I am overwhelmed with love for this wonderful gift that I was given when my paintings touch the hearts and souls of other people.
I am also very fortunate that my family, especially my husband, has been very supportive and helpful in my artistic endeavors.

· Presently a free-lance artist, commissioned for private collections
· Member of the Greater Haverhill Art Association
· Member of the Arts Institute Group of the Merrimack Valley
· Recipient of numerous awards in various art competitions
· Artwork has been published on the cover of the magazines,
“ArtsNorth" and “ArtsAround Boston”
· Several paintings have received national recognition
